2007 Sauvignon Blanc

The floral, feminine apple-and-melon fruited Semillon fills in the open spaces of the flinty Sauvignon Blanc, with its fresh grass, tart lemon, and hints of tobacco. A dollop of French oak lends the spice of graham toast and elegant creaminess to the texture.
