- Pinot Gris
- Our Pinot Gris has an underlying earthy, slate-mineral-like component that serves to push the dry grapefruit and orange flower fruitiness forward. The grapes come from Filigreen Farm in Anderson Valley, near Boonville.

Sauvignon Blanc
To attain complexity and balance in our Sauvignon Blanc
we use a combination of warm barrel fermentation and cool
tank fermentation, and we blend in a good portion of
Semillon, which also comes from the Meyer Vineyard near Boonville in Anderson Valley.

- White Riesling
- Since the 1980 vintage, we have
been known for our consistently firm, crisp, off-dry
Mendocino Ridge estate bottled White Riesling. The sugar/acid balance of the Riesling is
an ideal match for exotic spicy dishes such as Indian
curry and Szechuan prawns.

Late Harvest White Riesling
In rare years in which climatic conditions on Greenwood Ridge permit
optimum formation of Botrytis cinerea, the "noble
rot" that helps concentrate flavors, we produce limited
quantities of this remarkable dessert wine from estate grown grapes, with residual
sugars from 15 to 25%. The wine style rivals the finest
German Trockenbeerenauslese.

- Pinot Noir
- We are proud of our
contribution to Anderson Valley's reputation as a world
class Pinot Noir region, and with the release of our
Mendocino Ridge estate bottled Pinot Noir we offer our own version of
that elusive "perfect" Pinot Noir.
|
- Cabernet Sauvignon
- Estate grown and bottled, our
Cabernet Sauvignon is a rich, intensely flavored wine
with spicy flavors unique to our Mendocino Ridge vineyard. The low pH and
high natural acidity ensure that it will continue to
mature in the bottle for many years.

- Zinfandel
- With grapes from the 95-year-old Scherrer Vineyards near Healdsburg in Sonoma County
we produce Zinfandel with incomparably lush fruit, two
vintages of which have made the Wine Spectator's
list of The Top 100 Wines of the Year.
|
- Merlot
- The soil and climate of
Greenwood Ridge combine to create the perfect environment
for estate produced Merlot grapes, yielding a consistently soft and
elegant wine which pairs perfectly with a wide range of meat dishes.
