| Greenwood Ridge Vineyards is named for the coastal Mendocino County ridge top where our wine grapes are grown. From eight acres planted in 1972, our vineyard overlooking Anderson Valley has expanded to 16 acres, four each of White Riesling, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Pinot Noir. At 1400 feet above sea level in the Mendocino Ridge appellation, the rolling ridge top property is above the fog and frost, so our grapes reach full maturity at the end of the ideal, long growing season. | ![]() |
